While there is a lot of hype around using LLMs to troubleshoot production issues, there are some serious challenges to obtaining consistent, high-quality, and accurate results. In 15 minutes, we'll outline the main use-cases for such solutions and how you can build them yourselves with standard tooling like OpenAI. You'll get a brief taste for what these solutions can accomplish and the different approaches to building them under the hood.

What’s New in OpenTelemetry

OpenTelemetry is the most active CNCF project after Kubernetes. The project is progressing at an immense pace on many fronts. The project is growing in scope, adoption and recognition, such as expanding beyond the “three pillars” into new signals, and beyond backend into client side telemetry and real user monitoring. It can be difficult to keep track of all these updates.
